Chana Masala

Unlike most other seafood choices, prawns are considered a delicacy, especially in Indian Households. And like most Indian seafood preparations, grilled prawns masala is a dish that is rich in its authentic flavours.

    Recipe Ingradient

  • White Chana -200gm
  • Onion -2 nos
  • Tomato -1 large
  • Green Chilly -3 nos
  • Ginger -1/2 inch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander leaves -little
  • Oil - 3tbsp
  • Nirapara Chana Masala -3tbsp

    Method Of Prepreation

  • Step 1

    Soak Chana over night, boil with salt and cook well. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger, green chilly sauté it till the raw smell evaporates, then add chopped tomato & cook for 2min, then add “Nirapara Chana Masala” and cooked Chana, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
