Malayalee Fish Curry

    Recipe Ingredients

  • Cleaned Fish (cut into pieces) - 1 kg
  • Ginger - 1
  • Garlic -2 flakes
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coccum - 2
  • Curry Leaves - 3 stem
  • Nirapara Fish Masala - 4 tbsp
  • Shallots - 5
  • Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp

    Method Of Preparation

  • Step 1

    Clean and cut fish. Alongside soak cocum in a little water .

  • Step 2

    Saute ginger (cut in long pieces), garlic shallots and curry leaves in heated coconut oil.

  • Step 3

    When it becomes golden brown add Nirapara Fish Masala sauté well, then add cocum, salt, water and boil it.

  • Step 4

    Add fish pieces and simmer till the fish is tender. Serve hot.
