- Cleaned Fish (cut into pieces) - 1 kg
- Ginger - 1
- Garlic -2 flakes
- Salt - to taste
- Coccum - 2
- Curry Leaves - 3 stem
- Nirapara Fish Masala - 4 tbsp
- Shallots - 5
- Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Recipe Ingredients

Step 1
Clean and cut fish. Alongside soak cocum in a little water .

Step 2
Saute ginger (cut in long pieces), garlic shallots and curry leaves in heated coconut oil.

Step 3
When it becomes golden brown add Nirapara Fish Masala sauté well, then add cocum and water and boil it.

Step 4
Add fish pieces and simmer till the fish is tender. Serve hot.
