    Recipe Ingredients

  • Nirapara whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Chopped onion- 1
  • Chopped green chilli- 2
  • Chat masala- ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric- ½ tsp
  • Salt - as needed
  • Oil- as needed
  • Water - as needed

    Method Of Preparation

  • Step 1

Chop the onions, green chili and cilantro. In a large mixing bowl add the Nirapara whole wheat flour along with some salt and all of the curd. And mix it well. Once mixed add ½ cup of water and mix it again

  • Step 2

Once everything is mixed ,add the rest of the water and make a smooth slurry (it has to be of pouring consistency). Cover it up and keep it aside for the next 1 hour. After 1 hour let’s mix the slurry and add finely diced onions, dhania which is cilantro, turmeric which is haldi, chaat masala, and sliced green chillies. Mix everything properly and keep it aside. On a griddle or a dosa pan add some oil and using a brush spread it evenly to grease all of the surface of the pan.

  • Step 3

Once the oil is hot add 1 ½ ladle full of this batter and spread it going in a round direction. Apply a little oil on the edges of the roti pancake and cook on a low flame for about 1 minute or until the bottom of the slurry starts looking golden in colour. After a minute take a sharp spatula and gently flip the atta pancake and cook the other side for 1 more minute. Once cooked take it out of the pan.

  • Step 4

Cut the roti pancake into half and roll them to get the rolls. You can do the same if you are serving it to your guests or else you can simply serve it the way it is.
