    Recipe Ingredients

  • Nirapara dosa podi - 1 cup
  • Nirapara ghee- 1 tsp
  • Egg- 5-6
  • Tomato ( if need)- 1 big
  • Onion (if need)- 1 big
  • Salt- as needed
  • Coriander leaves- few
  • Green chillies- 2
  • Pepper - a pinch
  • Water- as needed

    Method Of Preparation

  • Step 1

    Firstly, add some water and salt to nirapara dosa podi and stir well till it's smooth and loose. Heat a dosa tawa. Once the pan is hot, add a ladle full of nirapara dosa batter in the centre of the pan and spread to make a thin dosa.

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle salt on top. Break an egg in the centre of the dosa and spread it using all over the dosa.

  • Step 3

    Once the dosa is nicely browned from the bottom, flip and cook on the other side for a minute.

  • Step 4

    Flip once again and fold into half. Serve hot with any dosa chutney or curry.
